What I do

I help women in the complex journey of self care. I develop personalised mentorships and treatment plans to teach women how get to know and understand what their bodies and souls need and how meet those need in a simple and unique way.

 

I believe that true self care involves the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual realms and that there’s no effective and sustainable healthy routine without taking into consideration all of them. 

Self Care

To me, self care is the implementation of habits and practices that, in addition to bringing us wellness, help us to align our minds, hearts, emotions and spirits to our soul’s purposes. 

 

Self care to me is getting to know who we are and understanding the needs of our being in all realms and so to being able to meet them in a healthy way. 

It is to hold the sacred space and make the most of all the right tools to become what we came here to become and manifest all that we came here to manifest. 

 

Our bodies, our souls and our spirits have the innate power to heal and flourish and mother nature is in constant activity in order for that to happen. However, our busy lifestyles, the stress, the super processed diet, the negative thoughts, the toxic, emotions, the traumas and limiting beliefs become obstacles in this natural process.

Daily self care allows for that process to happen and besides making us feel energised and motivated, connects and aligns us to our purposes in this lifetime.

To know oneself, to take care of oneself, to love oneself and to allow flourishing to happen: this is self care in my opinion.
